contribute to maintaining high standards of client care. To be a team player in the

Key Tasks
- Representation of clients in court be performing advocacy.
- Undertaking new enquiries.
- For private family law solicitors expectation to meet monthly billing targets, ensure sufficient funds on account, and monitor time recording of cases.
- Maintain Civil contract compliance and also retain accreditations where applicable such as children law accreditation and advanced family law accreditation.
- Supervisor compliance where applicable.
- Receiving and directing telephone calls.
- Submitting legal aid applications.
- Ensuring file management in accordance with Quality Procedures Manual, LAA Contract, Lexcel and SQM requirements.
- Liaising with clients in person and by telephone.
- Liaising with others by telephone.
- Compliance with SRA Code of Conduct and SRA Accounts Rules.
- Contributing to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Ensuring compliance with Equality and Diversity Policy.
- Any other duties which from time to time are required by the firm.
Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience
- Law degree or equivalent
- LPC
- Police Station Qualification
